Avenues of Waco
Last week was my birthday and our little family took a staycation down to Waco for the night. We stayed at the Avenues of Waco and ya'll it was the cutest little house ever. When we arrived to this charming house just a few blocks from downtown Waco, restaurants, and the Silos at Magnolia I knew I would not be disappointed. Facing Tough Encounters
Since the beginning of our homeschooling journey I have been at peace with decisions that I made to provide an environment for my children that embraced their over all well-being. An environment of interest, creativity, strengths and weaknesses, love, joy, kindness, and yes even disagreements with brother but healthy disagreements. Homeschool
It has been raining for like the millionth day but the rain has forced us to stay home more than usual and allow us to really focus on some things around the house. Cold Winter Days and Warm Soup
Goodness this holiday season flew by but I held tight to every moment with my family. We have had some cold winter days this last week in Texas and that could only mean warm snuggles in cozy sherpa blankets and homemade chicken noodle soup. One of my favorite memories with my grandmother was cooking in the kitchen and all of her meals were amazing.
