Have you ever had Elotes or Mexican street corn salad? Its absolutely, shut the front door, delicious goodness. When we moved our family we also moved from several of my favorite restaurants with yummy dishes like this. Happy Fall Ya'll!! I love the cool weather and crisp leaves that fall brings. I especially love all the soups that we can make during this chilly season. Cold Winter Days and Warm Soup
Goodness this holiday season flew by but I held tight to every moment with my family. We have had some cold winter days this last week in Texas and that could only mean warm snuggles in cozy sherpa blankets and homemade chicken noodle soup.
