I love all sorts of yummy peanut butter and chocolate recipes but I’m in love with Energy Bites. You could search pinterest and find all sorts of healthy and quick recipes for this little bite of goodness. They are satisfying and perfect for on the go. We will be road trippin’ this weekend so I decided to make a quick batch hoping to keep me out of the chips and candy! I doubled the recipe in the picture.
Energy Bites:
1 cup oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup Nutella
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
Mix together good and roll into balls and freeze or fridge.
